I couldn't believe that the tattoo photo on Kyra's model page (updated in 2012) was of the same girl, so I had to check it out!
This is a still from her Mofos scene in 2008;

The wings at the foot of her back seem to have been extended slightly, and the original tattoo on her right shoulder has been overlaid by the large red butterfly. You can just see parts of the original around the outline of the butterfly. Amazing job! (but I think the wings rather spoil the overall effect.)

P.S. - you might want to mention the piercing in her upper lip (right).
