Usually when you enter a DVD it says "NEW!" at the end, but not with this one, do you know why?

Actually when i enter a dvd, i have an option to tell if this is a new film or an older movie, here if i did not say stupidity film dates from 2009, so I did not score like new, even though it actually new on our site
